01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or integrating with the Bordou infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Entity") and Bordou Inc. regarding the use of our neural architectures and digital substrate.

02. Proprietary Rights

All components of the Bordou ecosystem—including but not limited to neural weights, architectural frameworks, logos, and the "Bordou" trademark—are the exclusive intellectual property of Bordou Inc. No license is granted for reverse engineering, reproduction, or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary intelligence models.

03. Selective Access Protocol

Access to Bordou is granted on a selective basis. We reserve the absolute right to monitor, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected architectural compromise or breach of technical ethical standards. Any attempt to bypass our security layers will result in permanent blacklisting.

04. Neural Ethics & Compliance

Users agree to utilize Bordou’s intelligence layers strictly for purposes that comply with international regulations. Deployment of our technology for autonomous harmful activities or non-sanctioned deep-level integrations is strictly prohibited.

05. Limitation of Liability

Bordou provides its infrastructure on an "as-is" basis. Given the frontier nature of our neural research, we do not warrant that the substrate will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bordou Inc. shall not be held liable for any data loss or systemic disruptions resulting from the integration of our alpha-stage architectures.
